These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Northern VA Roof Quotes (the “Site”).
The Site is operated by Whempify Marketing LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Important Disclosure: We are an independent marketing and lead-generation service. We are not a roofing contractor and do not perform roofing services.

1) Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Site or submitting information through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site and follow applicable OPT OUT instructions as provided in these Terms and Conditions.

2) Nature of the Service

The Site allows homeowners or property representatives to submit information related to a roofing project. We collect this information for marketing and lead-generation purposes. This website is intended for persons ages 18 and older only. Submission of information by persons under the age of 18 is expressly forbidden.

We (Whempify Marketing LLC) may sell, license, or otherwise provide your submitted information as a lead to one or more independent roofing contractors or service providers, depending on availability, location, and business arrangements. You reserve the right to OPT OUT of the sale of your information by notifying the contact email below.

  • Submission does not guarantee contractor availability or contact by contractor. Neither Whempify Marketing LLC or any representative or affliate thereof guarentees the timeframe in which a contractor may respond to the submission of contact information on this Site.
  • We do not provide roofing estimates, inspections, or services.
  • Contractors are independent third parties, not our employees or agents. Additionally, this website is intended for the collection of contact information, nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be binding as an agreement, promise, or contract for services to be rendered.

3) No Obligation; No Guarantee

Submitting information through the Site does not obligate you to purchase any products or services. We do not guarantee that you will receive quotes, estimates, or contact from any contractor.

4) Consent to Contact and Lead Sale

By submitting information and checking any required consent box, you authorize us to:

  • Contact you regarding your roofing request; and
  • Sell or share your information as a lead with one or more roofing professionals for the purpose of reviewing or responding to your request, if available.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Contact may occur by phone, email, or other methods, depending on the information you provide.

5) Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and truthful information and represent that you are authorized to submit information related to the property or project described.

6) No Professional Advice

Information provided on the Site is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, or construction advice.

7) Third-Party Contractors

Any roofing contractor that contacts you does so independently. We do not endorse, guarantee, supervise, or control third-party contractors, their pricing, or their work.

9) Limitation of Liability
